Fake malaria drug kills Ojeh Cynthia Nnenna, a final year ESUT student due to graduate in 3 months

Fake drugs in Nigeria has once again caused the death of a Nigerian student. The young lady identified as Ojeh Cynthia Nnenna is an undergraduate at the Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) and she’s due to graduate in 3 months time.

News reports reaching us suggests that the young lady Nnenna who was a final year student of accounting in the Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) died after ingesting the fake malaria pills.

Late Nnenna in a conversation with her friend revealed that the fake drug affected a vital organ in her body. She said after she took a scan test, the result revealed that the pills had inflamed her liver.

A facebook user identified as Ogechi Floxy Nwodo, who appears to be a close friend of the deceased took to the social media site to lament the passing of her beloved friend and wondered how she was going to survive her time in school with the permanent exit of her friend. She also noted that she and the deceased had planned to go for NYSC during the first batch. See her post below
